Hello! I’m releasing a one-hour long podcast episode that talks about the news, rumors, and updates on twitter from the IWC because lately it’s been a warzone. These are news, rumors, and updates that I don’t agree with and would like to dive deeper into the topics and discuss it further. Wrestling media is running rampant with 3 different CM Punk — AND ONLY CM PUNK — stories. It’s the burial of CM Punk to the highest degree of making him look bad. Now look! CM Punk is an asshole through and through. But as you’ll hear in this part 1 episode I talk about the human condition and the traumas we all experience and how we deal with them. Sometimes we lash out because we don’t know how to redirect that anger or frustration into a more positive and constructive way where insults and/or physicality isn’t involved.
My main concern with the first story I’ll talk about in this episode is that Chris Jericho goes into CM Punk’s locker room after CM Punk said his peace during the media scrum, and Jericho “allegedly” tells Punk: you’re a cancer to the AEW locker room.
First of all, when you make it to the final episode of this 3-part event, I do say that Jericho saying something like that is completely OUT OF CHARACTER. And in this episode, I explain that being a “locker room leader” isn’t going in there and saying that and then the Internet Wrestling Community hypes it up as a victory. CM Punk is already angry and frustrated and you are going into his room with that same energy matched and don’t think there’s consequences? That’s not a locker room leader. A locker room leader would show empathy and compassion because Punk doesn’t have the trust of his colleagues to talk things out because someone is going to leak it to a dirt sheet reporter. And since a wrestler designated themselves as locker room leader rather than having a committee, the self-appointed wrestler’s “job” should be to hear out the frustrations of the wrestler in question to FIND A SOULTION TO THE PROBLEM! Not antagonized an already angry man.
Thank you for reading this and listening to the episode. These reports are very contradicting and wrestling media is once again proving themselves to be unreliable and will create stories for the sake of clickbait and your hard earned $5-13 when original content creators struggle soooooooooo much in this pool of wrestling podcasting because I don’t talk about drama and give a platform to toxic wrestling media. These stories just bothered me and I’m tired of seeing the warzone of arguments that make no sense. Creating kayfabe wrestling content doesn’t make money as you would think. Everyone wants to be a Jerry Springer. No one wants to be themselves.
I also tell you guys the number 1 secret wrestling journalists don’t want you to know. You need to listen to all 3 to know this number 1 secret.
As always, thanks for listening, liking, sharing, and telling a friend.
