He has made 20+ trips to the National Archives and most of the various Presidential archives looking for presidential UFO material.

WEIRD TALES FROM A CIRCUS SIDESHOW

Richard welcomes the proprietor of Canada's oldest traveling circus sideshow and some of the strange artifacts on display in his haunted manor.

GUEST: Scott McClelland brings 41 years of experience as a producer of extravagant and exciting shows. In 1979 McClelland produced an old time vaudeville act entitled ‘Prof. Crookshank’s Traveling Medicine Show.’ In 1992 McClelland unleashed ‘Carnival Diablo.’ Originally an attraction in Calgary Alberta that housed over 90 sideshow and vaudeville artifacts and live shows nightly. It has now become a touring company drawing large crowds. McClelland’s grandfather owned Canada’s largest traveling sideshow from 1920 thru 1968. He was brought up around his grandfather’s carnival and shows and was personally taught the secrets of the trade. For nearly a quarter century, McClelland has been the only professional sideshow trainer in Canada, training 42 performers to date. In 1997 he produced a live show based on supernatural activity called ‘The Paranormal Show,’ which still plays some of the finest theaters across Canada. Carnival Diablo and The Paranormal Show have been showcased on The Discovery Channel, TLC, National Geographic, Much Music, A&E and CBC.
