#Communicate to #connect  

#Communication plays a very important role in every aspect of #life. So is the case of an #interview.  

Communication here starts when you have started your #preparation for a particular #job profile. While you are in the #preparation #phase you need to make sure that you #prepare #well for communication as this is going to be one of the ways through which you can have your network.  

The bigger and powerful the #network is, It makes it easier and better for us to get good #interviews, #selections, and #salaries.  

What all to do for having communication to connect? 

The first thing is to prepare yourself for communication which can help you establish you as a brand. 

Make a #Socialmedia network- This is mostly underlooked and people often think who knows me? 

How will I have a network? 

The few things you can do is: 

Have a #social media #profile on various social media #platforms like #Linkedin, #Facebook, etc. 

Make sure you have all the things properly mentioned in your profile which tells about your #skills, #abilities, experience, and your personality. 

Post only relevant stuff which can help you to establish yourself #skillful and #positive.  

Be #consistent in posting and #engage with people to have a network. 

The next thing is you can communicate to connect by making your profiles on various job portals like #naukri.com, #Timesjob.com.- these sites' purpose is only to connect #employers and #aspirants.

Few more things offline can be done like connecting with #consultants, #campus for #recruitments, #teachers, people in your family who are working in the profile of your choice. events of companies and colleges. etc

Once you have people in the network make sure you are engaged regularly with them in communication for better connectivity.
