#Research #well 

This tip is really important and should be well understood. When you get to know about a job interview make sure that you do your research well about the #company, the job profile. 

Research for #jobprofile When you are preparing yourself for some job profile you need to research at that point about the job profile and #growth #prospects with that job profile. 

What #skills and #abilities you will need to grow in that job profile so that you are #successful in your career.  

Once you know all this, you need to match your skills with the skills needed for that job profile. Then you should put your all effort in learning and acquiring the skills. As #success in interviews and career is only possible if you have skills for the same. 

Research for the company When you get to know about an interview you should do your research properly. You should know  

What is the company all about? 

Who are the people who started the company? 

What is #mission? 

What is your growth plan with the company? 

How did you get to know about the job interview? 

You also need to know the venue and the #transportation time it will take for you to reach the venue. 

 Will it be #feasible for you in the long run to manage? 

This all needs to be known in order to be prepared and get rid of #distractions because of this. 

When you are knowing all this you can focus on the main interview and the results can be good for you.
