Who is a #fearless communicator?
A #fearlessCommunicator is a person who can #communicate with others without any #problems, can #influence people, can create an #impact on people and people should #listen to him.
So, What does it take to become a fearless or better #communicator?
The question is - Are you really ready to work at it, the way you worked at learning a bicycle or you learned cooking?
TALK ONE TOPIC ONE DAY - 1.) Choose one topic every day. Plan your content by jotting down all the points which come to your mind once you note it down, organize and streamline the points in the order of which you have to present the topic.
GROW YOUR VOCABULARY - We can grow our vocabulary by various methods but the best way to do so is to learn a minimum of 2 new words each day.
CONFIDENCE IS THE KEY TO REACH PEOPLE - Confidence is very important but it cannot be faked. For confidence make sure that you follow the following two things: 1.) Have complete knowledge of the data you are presenting. 2.) Do not think what others will think.
USE KISS DONT KILL - Here KISS means KEEP IT SHORT and SIMPLE and KILL means KEEP IT LONG and LENGTHY.
PUT YOU BEFORE ME - This is the secret which is very important as everyone wants to have things according to them.
LISTEN ACTIVELY - Listen actively to the audience so that you can communicate effectively. If you listen well then you can understand your audience well and you can communicate well. Listen just not the words that the audience is saying but also understand the non-verbal cues given by the audience like The way they are sitting. Their expressions Their gestures The body movements.
All will help you to know the listener's thought process. Remember "#KNOWING = NOT KNOWING IF ACTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN"
