Be accountable

The difference is they feel they are accountable for what they think or do.

For this, They use various options?

Timeline marker - Timeline marker like lucid chart helps to see and maintain a timeline of what we are planning to achieve and how much we have achieved.
They also have an accountability partner?

Who is an accountability partner?

An authority partner is a** family member/friend/tool/app that can help you to be on track by checking on your progress in your goals**.

We need to carefully choose the accountability partner as

He/she should be able to motivate you.
He/she should be nonjudgemental.
He/she should understand that relapse/change/some deviation is part of the process.
He/she should either be someone who is ahead of you in life in that domain or your peer.
He/she is willing and interested in participating.

Once you have found an accountability partner, set some guidelines-

Set the rules like** how to communicate, how and when to take feedback** etc.
Be consistent in the process regarding communication and other things.
If feedback is given, own the mistakes and take responsibility.

With this, you also need to be accountable to yourself and take all possible actions.

1.) Be a** self-motivators**.

2.)** Visualize with the help of goal cards, by writing goals and affirmations**.

3.) Have a well-designed vision board.

Remember "Even if you fail, the act of accountability will help to analyze the reason for failure and start again"
