SOMETIMES GROWTH COMES FROM BEING EFFICIENT
- Think of things in terms of quarters, or six-months, or twelve-months
- Where can you measure improvement?
- Where can you leave things alone, but still have room to improve?
- How can you link to improvement in other areas?
- How can you have an incremental improvement mindset?
