The McIntosh Bluff boat ramp on the Tombigbee River in Washington County has reopened after the main and overflow parking lots and entrance road were repaved, the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources announced. Funding for the project was provided through the Sport Fish Restoration Program, which is supported through excise taxes on the sale of outboard motor fuel, fishing equipment and the sale of Alabama fishing licenses.
