The winners are: • Lottie Grace McCorquodale, 0-23 months. • Kate Lane Williams, 2-4 years. • Kinley Weaver, 5-7 years. • Addie Kayle Williams, 8-9 years. • Harper Parnell, 10-12 years. The history of pageants in the Clarke-Washington County Fair dates back several decades, serving as a platform for young girls to express themselves and build confidence.
