Jahan Yousaf is one half of sister duo Krewella – a HUGELY popular dance music duo. When Jahan reached out to me on my Instagram to show me some love for the work I do here, I was so excited because my husband and I are actually big fans.

What was more exciting is the fact that someone in the music industry, a professional performer, is speaking out about her experiences with body image, HA and healing.
