There are many things that are important for period recovery. As a coach, when I look at client food logs and consider recommendations, there are a few things that come up time and time again. Today, I'm sharing them with you.

Adrenal cocktail ideas:

ADRENAL COCKTAILS

Option 1:

1/2 cup orange juice

1 tsp cream of tarter

Splash of Redmonds

Sea Salt

Option 2:

11 oz Coconut Water

¼ tsp Celtic Sea Salt

½ lime

1 scoop Natural Calm

Ice

Option 3: This one is called "Creamsicle Adrenal Cocktail"

1/2 cup pull-free orange juice, no sugar added (and preferably freshly squeezed)

2 tbs coconut milk, unsweetened

1 scoop vanilla (or unflavored) collagen

1/4 tsp cream of tartar

1/4 tsp sea salt or pink Himalayan salt

  • Root vegetables, under rated for recovery!

  • Eating regularly, including snacks: Snacks between all meals help with blood sugar, energy and getting calories in.

  • Eating protein, carbs and fat with all main meals: blood sugar, cals, stress... all the things!

  • Eating first thing in the morning: same as above - calories, stress etc.
