Relationship anxiety is real and happens to the best of us, but at some point it might be worth asking yourself if your insecurities come from within, or if your partner’s behavior is what’s really making you anxious. Inconsistency breeds anxiety and even though we’re all for taking personal responsibility most of the time, it’s just not always your fault!
