We used to be exercise-obsessed but now that we’re a little bit older and a little wiser, our relationship to working out has started to shift. Exercise and nutrition used to rule our lives and for one reason only: to look good. Now that we’re 40, we’re really focused on feeling good, too. There are so many things we wish we had focused on 20 years ago… but we didn’t. All we can do now is focus on the things that will help us feel strong and capable 20 years from now.
