Are we too judgmental? We’ll be the first to admit that we might have judged more than our fair share in our younger years—not just judging others, but ourselves too. So much judgement comes from internal shame and a lack of empathy, and it can turn ugly quickly. But something has shifted as we’ve gotten older, learned about ourselves, and experienced more life. Instead of leading with judgement and projection of our insecurities, we try to keep a curious and compassionate heart in all of our interaction. We’re not perfect by any means, but when those hits of judgements come up now, we know to challenge those base-level reactions.
