There’s a ton of buzz going around about living a toxin-free life and (much like most things on the internet) it’s getting a little toxic. Yeah most things in this life are probably poison but my god, Brenda, can you just like chill for a sec? You probably aren’t going to die because your water isn’t perfectly filtered, or not everything you eat is organic, or your pants are a synthetic material, or—heaven forbid—you put on deodorant. It’s definitely for the best that we all pay attention to the things in, on, and around our bodies but it doesn’t help anyone to enforce non-toxic perfection through shame. We’ll do our best in whatever ways we can, and that’s okay! And Brenda? You can pry our deodorant out of our cold, dead hands.
