Herman Madrigal is a Retail Team Leader at Cat and Cloud Coffee. With a career in Hospitality, he aims to create a fundamental change away from the current norms in the Hospitality industry. He believes that the Hospitality industry can be a one that values professionalism, a healthy work life balance, opportunity for career advancement and adequate levels of income. Herman attended Culinary school, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Economics at UCSC, and has several years of prior experience in sales/client acquisition. In his free time his passion for hospitality carries over to climbing, yoga, discussing philosophy, creating dishes and going to new restaurants, wineries, breweries, and pretty much anywhere somebody is doing something exciting within the field of hospitality.
