Some leaders won’t admit running off course - but not ours. In my humble opinion, that's what makes our owners the best bosses in the world. That's what makes this company have so much promise in my eyes. From day one working here, I was impressed by how owners and leadership react to challenges. They're not problems, they're opportunities to be great, to be creative. There is always a solution, and it's even fun. "Don't panic" - that was my first life lesson here.

One thing we love about Jared Truby is his excitement for take-aways and new learning opportunities that stem from what some people might call a set back. Let's rally.
