The 1975 season was a special one in Oklahoma Football History.
In his 3rd year as head coach, Barry Switzer led the Sooners to the 5th National Championship program in Sooner History.
After starting 2-0 in 1975, the Sooners traveled to the Orange Bowl for a rare Friday night game against Miami. The Hurricanes of 1975 had not yet reached the level of a championship program, but on this Friday night they put up quite a fight and gave the Sooners all they could handle.
Enjoy this Sooner Classic Broadcast with Mike Trepps on the call... It's a Friday night in Miami as the Sooners battle the Hurricanes.
