The new Wisconsin Badgers head football coach is filling out his staff. We talk about the guys Luke Fickell is bringing with him. Mike Tressell is one of the best assisstant coaches in the country and he's coming over to help run the Badgers defense. We talk about Colin Hitschler and Mike Brown who will be joining Coach Fickell in Madison as well. Both Hitschler and Brown have a strong recruiting background and look to be solid additions.

We talk about the revamped recruiting department and the key pieces joining on that front as well as Fickell's 'secret-weapon' - the strength and conditioning coach Brady Collins. Why these hires back up what Coach Fickell was saying about player development and recruiting.

Finally we talk about what all of this means for Jim Leonhard and why its probably closes the book --- at least for now --- on his Badgers employement.
