How do you motivate your employees to do better work? Do you give them performance-related bonuses? And does that work?
From my years of study on the subject and dealing with employees, I have found that giving performance-related bonuses does NOT work – and that knowledge workers aren’t really driven by money but by certain other factors.
In this episode, I’m going to share my beliefs on this and also let you know the downside of giving performance-related bonuses.
