Financial advisors, who largely remain paper-based with manual processes and face-to-face meetings, have suddenly been forced to work remotely or suffer an inability to continue operations. So how are advisors adjusting to working from home? Jen McKay of Linktank in South Africa and I surveyed advisors last week to find out and she joins the show to discuss the results.
