Michelle Hoskin, Founder and Director at Standards International which is the powerhouse behind professionalism and operational excellence in financial services, joins the show. Michelle, whom many may know as Little Miss WOWW, gives us the real story behind where that name came from.
She also shares why standards are so important and how they provide definition and help to shift the language we use; for example, in moving from practice management to business management and in clarifying and defining the paraplanner role.
