What an exciting week in the world of Pokémon GO! We start the show with sharing our Minccino Limited Research Day results and feedback, which were overwhelmingly positive! Niantic did a great job and the and you can tell that they have learned from their previous events. Minccino Day was just the start an incredibly packed month, and we break down the calendar to help you stay prepared. Is it event overload or do you like all the madness that a packed schedule brings?

 

Both Adam and Ken have been having an amazing time with the GO Battle League, and we discuss the Niantic Helpshift update that breaks down how the system works. All signs point to this being a successful release and the stage is set for Season One to begin on March 1st!

 

After the break we talk about Ken’s #15kaday challenge that has him out walking 15k a day to support not only better health habits, but also his GO Battle League habit! Let us know if you have increased your daily walking distance or if you think the system stinks!

 

We close the show with our newest segment, Poke The Bear! Ken details his experience catching a 100% Tirtouga in the wild after seeing it’s silhouette on the nearby. A few minutes after catching it, trainers started pouring in after being notified that a 100% Pokemon Spawned by their local Scanner! We discuss how these scanners are powered by spoofing bots and ask the question of whether or not you use them and will continue to use them once you learn how they work!
