The Dedeaux Download Podcast returns with Shotgun Spratling and new podcast co-host Kasey Kazliner breaking down USC baseball's first Big Ten wins after the Trojans take series in Ann Arbor where they won handily, rallied for a one-run victory and then got run-ruled to drop the finale.

Shotgun and Kasey break down all the action, looking at the positives of the Trojans stopping their losing streak behind Adrian Lopez again coming up with a big hit while Brayden Dowd and Caden Hunter helped set the tone to the weekend. The podcasters also look at three negatives on each side, including the black hole that has becoming the Sunday starting pitcher role and the uncompetitive fight of USC on Sunday.

After a break, sophomore outfielder Brayden Dowd joins the show to discuss his homecoming trip to Michigan, where his sister was a volleyball players and where he had a bevy of family and friends coming out to watch him play in his home state. He talks about how he expected to get away from the Midwest with his commitment to Trojans...only for USC to announce its intentions to move to the Big Ten a couple months after Dowd's commitment.

Dowd is quick to heap praise on the rest of his sophomore class and also discusses how he's adapted his approach since moving into the leadoff spot in the lineup.

Following Dowd's appearance, Shotgun and Kasey take a look at where exactly the Trojans stand after getting a road conference series win, including USC's record, conference mark, RPI and in the national rankings for key statistics.

The podcast then previews USC's upcoming week of action, beginning with a stopover in Phoenix to take on familiar former Pac-12 rival, Arizona State, before a weekend set against a scuffling Nebraska team down in Irvine.
