Last week, we've seen bitcoin rising to new heights and we've seen other areas, the market, like some of the health care dogs, and smashed with on the latest cabinet and other appoints by incoming president elect trump. One of the ones I thought was kind of interesting with today with doctor s for health and human services or something or medical health in something another I thought IT was .

And and my my dates like, you know what? If this going to be a nuclear world, who cares? anyway? Let's buy the stocks that move them up.

I think the real thinking is that they figure trust to to put in in tol as B. S.

I know I can. I cannot use that for every excuse because before trump was elected, and even before he was even thought to be anywhere in the lead, the same kind of crap is going on OK. I'm not quite sure. Yes, I know that I wants to use that as the latest and greatest, but but I don't understand.

First of all, we can talk about the, what will talk about this, the by demonstration, the stupidity of long rings, visuals given them to ukraine as a proxy, and now what russia did, but and russia, they they get to start a nuclear war over missile is coming in, that they shut down seven or eight, I don't think so, but the talk is out. And that's just not a good thing, is just not a thing you want to do. What do you need to talk about that?

But I don't understand why why russia wants to even bring this up into .

the discussion is just I an I go although the ones that is keeps supposedly are saying IT, but aren't information. The kind of of information between us and russia is bogus.

Well, the funny thing is we're supposedly cut off all ties with them. And there was some discussion about russia limiting or reducing amount of enriching radium or some kind of uranium that we use for energy. Think we, we, didn't we stop dealing with him? Didn't we stop all business ties? I suppose not.

And these two girls produce one of the best fights i've seen in probably five years.

No, they were just going for. He was, wow. This is like a watching a couple, like going back to twenty, thirty years of these mexican fly weights who didn't have enough punching power to knock each other up, but they get thrown a lot. And then these two were just going nuts.

You know, million years ago, I stop watching the my tysan fights because I lost so much money, not from bedding, but from buying the direct T, V. Or I was the paper view. No, and you d have to stay up to god is whatever. Yeah, be one round and be one round to be over. I did this three times that my tyson fights are doing again.

IT found holdings have increased in valued by about three point two billions since the only report .

the election. Yeah, not bad. Yeah, you don't peat. Now he was interesting, you know, they announced that they are going to go to the nastec from the new york stock exchange. IT used to be that the new york stock exchange was like the crime. Delle crim, that's place you want to be.

Yeah, I might be I still think that way as .

deck has now become much bigger because there's some other things that can happen. For example, pound, you were smart. They realized there a tech company, their AI related and also in technology. And if, in fact, they jumped from the new york stock exchange to the next deck, a few things happen. Number one, theyll be on the as deck, which is you know good exchange. But number two, um not only a yd be in the S M P five hundred, they're going to be probably included, which they are going to be in the Q Q Q or the next dec. One hundred, which is a huge index that the action I .

So they jumped and went there. Stock was up another eleven percent on friday. Don't like five percent yesterday, but still up two percent today as of last friday, the number one performing the S M P.

And I won IT personally, up forty percent months to date, up two hundred and fifty percent year to date. unbelievable. I didn't know what can do that well, to be honest, and we didn't pair back a little bit, but still pretty good is another company on the other side, once hot, now not company that we have for clients actually bought low.

We sold higher than we boost, some higher than we sold on the way down we get out of IT. Finally though, which was good, this was a different kind of design where we bought this IT wasn't a IT wasn't IT was IT was A A one of our core positioning that comes from an algorithm or formula that we wrote to come up with which stocks should meet these criteria. Now if this was twenty one dollars, twenty three dollars, twenty five years, whatever is today um who want to about two hundred and seventeen dollars. So in other words, let's just use them the old numbers first, second stock, one from twelve hundred to two fifty. That's a long way down.

Yeah, somebody, somebody, you know, this is static cious. These guys are out there. And so and you know these guys, there's tons of about their and somebody I don't know how you come up with this one, but they came up with IT, yeah and by the way, mean, he said me, I said I ask, i'll ask coras.

i'll know yeah well, this is something that we do track to cate sully um was the sully. P E ratio, K A P E ratio, which is it's a it's a ratio that is average over ten year periods. You get this kind of smoothing effect and when IT comes out at a certain level is a big concern in a couple years ago was you know thirty five or shown I like, wow, we have been seen that before.

That's really high. I mean, that actually over value. And then you'll go to the parish and where the short term is long term anyway, but by mine is really overvalued.

Well, where we are now is at thirty eight. Only three times during a bull mark rally in one hundred and fifty three years have we seen something like that was december of one thousand nine ninety nine. During the dark com boom, the ratio peaked at forty four point one nine dict ous.

in the first week of two thousand and twenty two, IT briefly lifted above forty. So now again, those triggers, right? First, first week or month of two thousand one two.

What happened afterwards was disaster markets were down like twenty five percent in two thousand twenty two, when the worst years on record. Then they talk about december one thousand nine hundred ninety nine. Again, a trigger, a trigger time where you, oh, what happened then? Well, IT failed miserably after the fact.

Whole point of this article was to show that, you know, when you have these situations, you can have, uh, really rough time. Thing is IT, i've seen that where also doesn't necessarily happened so quickly. Do anything IT IT goes up.

IT does need to level off. So a lot of things going to happen for that to be the case. But isn't that to be a crash? IT could just be a sideways action for a while. IT could also be the earnings lifted up.

They don't talk about that.

They think about so here's another point that is going on on right now, only a few times in history, we have this back to back. We have this now. We start adding some of these things in.

Then you start getting a little concerned. The next point is that we have very rarely have had to think only a few times in history back to back twenty, twenty plus percent gains in the markets over, you know, two year period. I think maybe twice in eight hundred years or something like that, we've seen three back to back twenty percent or more.

So we know that markets are a bit overvalued. okay? That is mean they can be overvalued for a long a period of time.

That's not that could happen. We know the case shiller showing us that there's an overvaluation. We know that we know there's a lot of a animal spirits have been to released recently with the whole trump for president.

You know, good to go back to the good times and everybody is getting free money and deregulation and bobb. So are we going to see a two thousand twenty five that's going to be amazing. I don't know the feed backed off last week said, you know, i'm nature first game. We're looking concerned about inflation and what's happening in the fact that maybe we move too quickly. They didn't say that overtly, but they said that they, you know can be more patient in their lowing of rates.

Cyber, a watchdog, H Z sisa C I S A um said the chinese linked hackers have inacceptable is a violent data intended for american law enforcement agencies after breaking into an unspecified number of telecom companies. Now only october of the journal report that chinese hackers access to um access the network of U. S.

Broadband providers, bissing A T N T and loomin technologies and A T information from systems that federal government use of a court authorized riot p. So what? How does that happen? The wire types got tapped.

Is you in the capitals to buy like six billion dollars with the chips, which gotto getting a lot of chips?

Yeah, I, well, they're not cheap chips.

Even if there a million dollars, you gets you plenty of chips.

Yeah, well, it's true. Is going to a lot of chips, lot of chips. But they are having trouble making these chips.

Well, the bigger problem is this black, well, this new yeah.

The the is the newest and greatest chip. The black world chip is experiencing overheating issues when installed in these high capacity server racks. Big problem did .

So I not exactly sure with this quiet period that jim crane premier was trying to pass on and he's also talking about. So the comments about delena, I mean, so surprised, surprise, surprise, surprise jim krim's blish ah shocker yeah I mean.

say something truck I wouldn't buy in video. The next day, video goes up like not. This is why we own the stock because IT goes up like this.

And those stupid people that are selling IT right now like what what are you talking about? So um in video watch the word I think is a lot of high expectations, very high bar is not much from a investor confidence in the investor animal spirits kind of backdrop that would take down the stock. That doesn't me go up a lot. It's been somewhere in the one forty one fifty range for a while now.

Yeah, it's gonna have to do something pretty spectacular to start discovery.

And how long can they continue at this pace? That's the bigger question. How long they can they continue with earnings up? You know mega multiple les on a regular basis? Again, we've seen this before.

This is this is not necessarily a new type, not a new situation. We've seen companies with new innovation come out. I mean, deal was one of those many companies come out. This is only so many things that people can buy in need. Now yes, when you come out to do in innovation and new products and you have a software package that supported and its new technology like the AI as they can run for a while, this, this, this particular, this train can continue. And I don't think we have any disagreement about that, right?

No, not at all.

But there's also a limitation of and when you start getting so big, how much more in percent connect growth go are you can be able to do one hundred percent a year. I mean, you doubled in every year. I mean that, that becomes large.

So I think, yeah, I think that seems unlikely.
