Before writing this episode down, I had to yawn. This is an interesting phenomenon and, by the way, not fully explained medically. That is, why we yawn is not yet completely clear. Apparently it serves to cool the brain and of course it increases oxygen intake. But it doesn't necessarily have to do with tiredness. But it is contagious - because mirror neurons are activated in us. These trigger the behaviour that happens in our environment. In people who are less emphatic, these neurons react less. I hope that you have happy experiences with these neurons today: whether you laugh with others or mourn with others or: yawn with others. You now know why! I think these mirror neurons are a great gift - don't you? They make us getting closer together.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
