We were still small children when we once drove with our family to East Germany or GDR to visit our relatives. We had a relatively old, cheap car. It was raining heavily on the motorway and then the windscreen wiper broke. It became very dangerous for us without clear vision at the high speeds on the motorway and we had to find a service station that would repair the damage. In order for us to go through life safely and thus not be a danger to others, we have to be mindful that our basic functions in life are intact. This includes our emotions. Today, pay attention to how much your emotions, whatever they may be, influence your view. Do they help you to see clearly or are they so violent and overwhelming that they suspend other important perceptions or behaviours and you end up putting yourself in danger or endangering others with your reactions? Maybe it's time for an emotional health check and even to seek external help.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
