With AR or VR glasses, you see a virtual world or an extended world in which you see what is visible and additional information superimposed on the real view. For example, you can see a mountain panorama and above it the virtual information about the mountain names in the appropriate place, i.e. information that is not visible to us in the naturally visible area. On the one hand, virtualisation is helpful, especially in the form of additional ad-hoc information that helps you in a specific situation, but on the other hand it also distracts from the natural information content and draws attention to itself. I then tend to see the names of the mountain peaks, but no longer the mountains themselves - which is a shame. Are you good at utilising valuable additional information in everyday life in such a way that it doesn't distract you from the actual thing? So, can you keep your focus in our information overflowing world?
I wish you an extraordinary day!
