Strawberries are now on sale again these days and weeks and many have been waiting a long time for this time. When ripe, strawberries can be enormously refreshing, aromatic, fruity and delicious. You can enjoy them as berries or on a cake, with muesli, as jam, in combination with rhubarb and some even like them with pepper. For me, the strawberry also has many parallels with us humans: it grows very close to the ground, to the earth - like humans, who come from the earth. It is very sensitive in its ripening process and has high demands: plenty of water to grow, but not too much so that it doesn't rot. It is the same with us: we are needy beings, but if we are too well off, we also become rotten - externally and internally. However, if growth is successful, then something wonderful has been created for us to enjoy - this also applies to personalities that have grown healthily. Are you feeling well?
