As children, we went with our parents to large strawberry fields when the strawberries were ripe and were allowed to pick strawberries ourselves. At home, we made delicious cakes and jam and the like from them. These ripe fruits were also very delicious to eat straight from the bush - which was allowed. They were incomparably better than the packaged fruit you get in the supermarket. Strawberries have relatively small seeds in their skin, which are hardly noticeable when you eat them. However, there are people who are not allowed to eat strawberries precisely because of these small seeds, as they can build up in the intestines and lead to inflammation, which can be very painful and dangerous for these people. It is somewhat reminiscent of the story of paradise: fruit that is delicious to look at - but forbidden because it is dangerous. Here the mind must be stronger than lust.
