There was a time, when I was a child, when every household was supposed to keep a certain amount of emergency supplies on hand. It was your own responsibility to have these products in stock and to check whether and for how long these foods were valid. To this day, I sometimes find products in my stash that are past their expiry date. I then check whether I can still use these foods or, in the worst case, have to dispose of them. In any case, expired food gives the illusion of a stock that is no longer there, a false sense of security and it takes up space. It's the same with certain life wishes, concepts and ideas. We still cling to them from the past. They were justified at the time, but today - if we are honest - they have run their course and are no longer valid. Is it time to tidy up and make room for something new and realistic instead of wasting space on things that have expired?
I wish you an extraordinary day!
