When our son went to kindergarden, there were occasional events to which parents were invited and which gave them an insight into the day-to-day life of the kindergarden. We could see how they interacted as a group and what rituals they had. I remember a verse that was part of one of these rituals at the beginning of the day. Among other things, everyone said these words I am a star, I love myself. A kind of self-talk and a positive statement from oneself to oneself. That impressed me. Because the children there were already learning to do something good for themselves in a meaningful way. Not excessively, but consciously and regularly - just like you brush your teeth. I am a star, I like myself. What do you think: can you say these words with conviction? Maybe even make them YOUR daily self-care ritual?
I wish you an extraordinary day!
