Are you familiar with this: You turn and turn in your thoughts and still don't get anywhere. You have a situation that you have already gone through a thousand times in your head, inner dialogues that you have already had a thousand times, and so on. It's the same with a nail: you don't achieve anything by turning it. A screw, on the other hand, has a lateral, vertical offset. If you turn it, it moves in a vertical direction. Transferred to the thought example: stop turning, even revolving around yourself, and try to bring into this turning an inclination, a different perspective, perhaps an unfamiliar or not yet thought of one, or perhaps even the decision to stop altogether. This will take you further than endless spinning without depth. And if you need a reminder because you keep falling back into it: take a small screw in your pocket or handbag as a reminder to escape it.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
