When a man and a woman marry, rings are usually ceremonially exchanged and put on each other during the promise of fidelity as a visible sign of the mutual promise. The ring also signals to the outside world that the person has made a commitment to be faithful to another. The ring thus serves as a visible sign to the outside world, so to speak, to remind the spouses that they have promised to be faithful to each other and to show the outside world that there is a covenant and promises that should not be broken. In times of crisis, however, some find it difficult to continue wearing this ring. It is then perceived as a shackle instead of a sign of covenant. Are there perhaps things or commitments in your life at the moment to which you have committed yourself with a promise but are only half-hearted about? Would it be time to open yourself up inwardly and say yes again with all your heart? Sometimes certain things take effort and courage - but they are usually worth it.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
