A quarter is a proportion. This means that a part of a whole is shown - the fourth part, a quarter. Depending on how large the whole is, the fourth part can be large or small. But it is and remains a quarter. The rest is three quarters. So three times more. Now, you can always look at the fact that you only get one quarter and three quarters don't. Or you can look at what this quarter is, how big, how much. And when you look at it this way, you may actually be very satisfied and not even think about the fact that three quarters are not available - because you are satisfied with what you have received, even if it is only a quarter. In other words: relative quantities can lead to dissatisfaction because they inherently involve comparison. I wish you a day free of comparisons and content with what you have at your disposal!
