Pistachios were unknown to me for a long time. It was only when I was a teenager at a camp that I was offered them for the first time. As it was a very positive camp for me with lots of wonderful encounters, I have inevitably associated pistachios with these memories ever since - that was over 40 years ago. It's amazing how such experiences can be formative and have a lasting effect. In this day and age, there is often talk of stress, information overload or other things that take up our resources. When asked if they are feeling well, many people answer today. Good - but... and then there are mentions of challenges and things that cloud this good. I think a lot of this is self-inflicted, as if we shouldn't just be doing well. Or we have trained our perception in such a way that we don't want things to be just fine. How is that for you? Especially today? Perhaps a day to consciously treat yourself to a few pistachios?
I wish you an extraordinary day!
