A friend of mine recently told me about a conflict and how what should have been a factual dissemination of information turned into polarising parties and groups that began to accuse each other. It made me think and reminded me that when I start to see things in others that I accuse them of, that in many cases this has to do with the fact that I myself am very much in danger of doing exactly what I accuse others of doing. Perhaps you know this yourself. On the other hand, it also wakes me up to be sensitive where I am accused by others, so that I am not tempted to defend myself blindly, but to listen, to check whether this corresponds to the truth - or whether it is perhaps even a projection of my counterpart's mistakes or temptability onto me. Either way, if you are in similar situations, maybe these thoughts will help you not to get drawn into conflicts that are not necessary.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
