We all know nervousness. It's a very intense feeling that feels very special, incomparable. It has something of an inner tension and is often triggered by uncertainty or perhaps even fear of what is to come. Sometimes it is also called stage fright. What is interesting about nervousness, however, is that it leads my perception to a strong focus. Focus on the trigger of this state. It becomes difficult to concentrate on anything else in this situation and you have to make a conscious decision to do so. Do you know that? It's actually interesting: while we usually struggle with concentration or focus in everyday life because of the numerous distractions, it seems to happen automatically here - but rarely on the good things. Because nervousness is often coupled with fear of the unmanageable. Are you able to turn this around? Strong and conscious focus on the good and looseness towards the uninfluenceable?
I wish you an extraordinary day!
