A few months ago, during a stay at the clinic, I created communion dishes out of clay. Since then, I have taken communion from it almost every day. Today, my wife broke this homemade dish. That hurt. I associated so many memories with it. There is no equivalent replacement. It was nothing big, had hardly any material value. But still... Letting go is sometimes difficult for me. But it also sets me free and gives me the opportunity to open up to something new. If you are currently in the process of letting go - whatever it may be - be encouraged that you can at least be grateful for the time before the letting go, that you carry positive memories and that you are able to be emotionally engaged at all. And: I promise you that something new will come. Not a replacement of the lost, perhaps. But something new and alive. Be encouraged and look forward to it...

I wish you an extraordinary day!
