I really enjoy spending time in a small park nearby. For me, it's a kind of mini urban oasis where there's space for nature, where no traffic is actually allowed, with a few exceptions, and where fortunately there aren't very many people. The other day I came across an elderly gentleman smoking his tobacco pipe. As the park allows you to walk in circles, i.e. do a kind of lap, I passed the spot where I met him again after a while. The smell of his tobacco pipe was still in the air. I didn't see him again. For me, it is an image of how we can or do leave traces in encounters with other people, whether we want to or not. Odour or stench? It's often up to us. When you deal with others today, think of this example and act with the awareness that what you do and say leaves a mark. And all this arises in your thoughts and in your heart.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
