When we talk about ladders, most of us have a clear picture in mind: two vertical bars made of metal or wood connected parallel to each other with rungs in between. Ladders give us access to higher or lower levels that we would find difficult or impossible to reach without their help. Therefore, they are an excellent aid: be it in buildings or even for harvesting. In the German language, however, the term for ladder is the same as for leader. These are people who bear responsibility, usually have a special competence or experience and are therefore qualified to guide. Analogous to the ladder, they also bring people to higher levels or into the deeper depths, for example in terms of experiences or feelings. I am convinced that you also have such competence to guide others - simply through your very own experience. Why don't you use it consciously today for others to give them a new experience on unknown levels.
