It won't be long before the time comes when there will be lots of baking again and plenty of delicious biscuits, gingerbread and all kinds of Advent and Christmas biscuits. While much of it is mainly sweet today, there are also traditional biscuits that contain certain spices. Gingerbread is not only sweet, but also has a savoury flavour, gingerbread has special spice mixtures and cinnamon is an ingredient in many of them. I don't think cinnamon as such is very edible on its own. But in combination with other ingredients, it gives the end product a special flavour. Not only in biscuits, but also in tea or other dishes. Cinnamon is usually used as a powder so that it is no longer visible but can still be perceived. Invisible and yet present. Ideally, we also leave such good traces in the lives of others - or others in ours. Do you leave behind a good or spicy flavour?
I wish you an extraordinary day!
