Surely you have been in a hectic situation. Maybe you just got into it and people or circumstances around you were hectic or even you yourself. How did you perceive it? Just very chaotic and confusing or maybe even painful? Today, the term usually means excessive busyness, excitement, haste. But actually the term comes from the health sector. So there was the term febris hectica, which meant consumptive or pulmonary fever. I think that this original meaning has some truth to it, which is no longer expressed in the same way today: rushing, especially too much of it, makes you ill. It is not just temporary confusion or haste, but really sick-making. Therefore, especially today, but also in general, make sure that you don't give hectic a place. It's better to take time out and remember: many things that are urgent can usually wait or take care of themselves.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
