In our neighbourhood there is a kind of advertising pillar on which many posters hang - and inside there used to be a telephone booth with a public telephone. I remember how I myself used to be very grateful from time to time for such an opportunity to find a public telephone. Today, this is practically non-existent. It is assumed that everyone has a mobile phone. This development has been rapid. Within about 20 to 30 years, these public telephone booths became obsolete - or rather, no longer maintained and operated for reasons of profitability. Certain other technological developments are going even faster. Will we all keep up? I doubt it. Perhaps it is therefore good and advisable to develop habits that help us to find the quiet point in life despite the rapid and fast-moving developments and to live from there. Quality of life cannot be defined by modernity, technology or progress. It takes place in the heart, has its origin there and results from it. Take care of it. Now already. Or even more so now.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
