Football is one of our favourite sports. The reports sometimes look back to very early times in the history of football and then you can also see how the materialisation of the footballs has changed over time. What has remained the same over the decades, however, is the fact that the round leather ball is never made from a single piece, but from smaller individual parts that are then sewn together to form a ball. Figuratively, I find this remarkable because: A sphere is a perfect geometric body without corners or edges. It is three-dimensional and can fill every direction evenly. Every point on the surface is the same distance from the centre. I think this can be transferred to the way we work together in society: we achieve the best solutions - even if they are rarely perfect - when we work together, when we connect with each other.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
