Comparison
I was recently in a situation where I got an offer. I was actually very happy with it and pleased when it was finalised - until I found out that someone else got a better deal for almost the same. I found it interesting what this did to me internally: suddenly a dissatisfaction arose, or perhaps envy or the feeling of being ripped off. Yet nothing at all changed in the original offer, which I found acceptable at the time without hesitation. It's always a curse with the comparisons or that nasty voice that wants to make you think someone else is getting better off or you are being wronged. Not only does it make you unnecessarily unhappy, but it sows mistrust, resentment and everything else that supports a good relationship. If you feel similarly about a situation, help yourself by choosing to be content with what you have actively said yes to. Regardless of whether others seem to get a better deal. For sure you will be more relaxed and happy with it.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
