In the animal kingdom, there are animals that make themselves very small when in danger or go into rigor mortis in order to be virtually invisible or uninteresting to the attacker. Once the danger is over, they wake up again and return to life. This type of behaviour also occurs in humans from time to time, but usually doesn't really help. If we hide from danger or threats, especially if they are not really caused by an external aggressor as in the animal kingdom, the threat does not go away by itself. I'm thinking of illnesses, loss of work, conflicts, etc. It is much more helpful to face up to these challenges, to actively tackle them and thereby promote and build up new strength and resilience in our own lives instead of rigor mortis. For example, a mentally strong athlete is one who has always sought and believed in victory after many defeats. Perhaps a role model for you?

I wish you an extraordinary day!
