Where I work, I can only get into the building with a personal number, a so-called PIN, and a personal card, a so-called badge. So my appearance may be as it is - if I have the pin and the badge, I can get in. On the other hand, I could come in the most appropriate outfit representing the company - without badge and PIN I would not get in, then I would be denied access, I would stay outside. Access to our heart and thoughts is sometimes similarly visited: doubtful thoughts and feelings want to enter our heart, our thoughts, others may seem inappropriate, but would still be good if unfamiliar. In any case, it is worthwhile to become aware of what we let in and what we don't, how open we are and maybe it would be time to change the PIN or the locking or access system.
