Bodybuilder and coach Keegan Odell joins The Weight Room. He opens up about his journey that got him into fitness and bodybuilding. He talks about his injury that led him away from sports and into drugs and partying, changing schools and getting into challenging circumstances, dealing with his mental health, and finally getting into the gym.
