Retired Navy SEAL master chief, Jason Gardner, comes back to The Weight Room to discuss his experience with fasting. He shares with us the story of why he got into fasting, how he undertook the journey, and how he handles fasting today. He shares his typical fasting protocol, the benefits he gets from it, what he eats to stay healthy when he does eat, and shares advice to help out people new to the world of fasting. We discuss both intermittent fasting and longer fasting as well like 3 day fasts.
